On Saturday, 5 April 2025, SSCC College Bauchrieh took part,

in the J-Tech Rally Paper competition. This was an innovative event that combined different subjects. It was organised by J-Tech Academy with Microsoft and ALBA University. The competition involved 12 institutions. They competed in educational, technological and gaming challenges. About 130 students took part.
Fifteen students aged 9 to 11 from our school in Bauchrieh took part in the competition. They were divided into three groups based on their level (levels 1 and 2).
Our students Michael Chaanine, Ivan Haddad, Lamita Matar, Randy Daccache and Anthony Joe Aoun (level 2) did our school proud by coming third. They did this by working as a team, being creative and showing how dedicated they were.

The other students didn't have much luck, but they still deserved to win.
I would also like to thank the veterans for their support and hard work. Their help meant that my students were able to use the desktops/laptops to get the most out of their learning and take part in this type of competition.
In the end, when the competition was held, the SSCC Bauchrieh College provided the participants with the laptops that had been donated by the veterans to use for the competition. I personally supervised the task by taking them to the university and bringing them back.

If you also think this is a great result, we are always looking for computers and notebooks to give pupils and students a fair chance to develop themselves.
