The container has been released and is now being unloaded

Bauchrieh - Beirut, 23 February 2022

The container with relief goods that we sent in November 2021 containing, among other things, the computer hardware has been released by customs in Beirut.

And has now been transported to the College des Soeurs des Saints Coeurs in Beirut.
Where this is unpacked and further distributed over the various other aid projects.
Our project, the automation of the College des Soeurs des Saints Coeurs in Bauchrieh, is now visibly starting to unload the various hardware.
This school is located in a northern suburb of Beirut and was also badly damaged by the explosion in the port of August 2020.
Preparing such a large project here in the Netherlands takes a lot of effort and is therefore quite invisible to the employees of the school.
We are talking about a 10,000 square meter area spread over 5 buildings, where we are going to build a wireless network.
Without the help of our sponsors and various selfless cooperation from various companies, this project would never have got off the ground in the first place.
In this way we would like to thank everyone who has selflessly committed themselves to this and still do, once again.

Many of the relief goods are also passed on to Containers of Love, which also distributes the materials  further on various aid projects.

We hope to actually help install and configure the network at the beginning of April together with the employees of the school.
Only now everything has become very uncertain because of the war in Ukraine.
